ITManager covers the following:

- Server Operating Systems are up to date
- Server Anti-Viral Software is up to date
- General user account administration (i.e. creating/disabling)
- General administration - network shares, setting file/folder permissions
- Monitoring in-house backups are functioning
- Periodically running test restores from backups to “prove” the system
- Monitoring hardware and checking for failures (e.g. hard-drive failure)
- Scheduled system reboots to ensure “freshness” of system resources and optimum speed
- Monitoring online backup* (backup over the Internet to a remote location – in case of fire at your premises etc)
- Access to a lower hourly rates for extra work requirements
- Regular ITManager Service emailed reports with status and other details

An ITManager service is also available as a lighter service for home users who want to look after their computers.
